Colorado Film Commission Announces Inaugural Hall of Fame Gala to Honor John Fielder

The Colorado Film Commission will hold its Inaugural Hall of Fame Event honoring world-renowned photographer John Fielder. The event will take place at the Pinnacle Club by the Grand Hyatt. The gala will include a VIP reception, a Gallery and Publications library of Fielder's work. A multi-media presentation with dignitaries and special guests will highlight

Fielder's contributions to Colorado as a historian, preservationist, and artist. Fielder has hiked and skied hundreds of miles in Colorado alone - and drives thousands of miles more- in order to record on film its most sublime natural places. For the past 30 years, no one has traveled this state like John Fielder - from its rolling plains to the soaring Rocky Mountains and the Western Slope's remote plateaus and river canyons. Fielder's work and photography highlight common goals with the Film Commission: promoting Colorado locations, economic development of the state through film production and promoting yet protecting Colorado's natural resources.
