Don’t limit your understanding of what dance is and how it can be
enjoyed. If you can breathe, you can dance. To quote Zoe Avstreih,
dance/ movement therapist, “Dance is life and life is dance.”
Any movement is part of the dance of being alive. Put on some of
your favorite music and dance around your living room!
